OneStop Knee Clinic at Medicana Winchester

No GP referral needed | Consultant-led care | Same-day results

Knee pain, discomfort or reduced movement can affect your mobility, confidence and ability to stay active, leaving you uncertain about the cause and the best way forward.

Our OneStop Knee Clinic gives you direct access to an experienced orthopaedic consultant. Following your assessment, an MRI, X-ray or both can be completed during the same hospital visit if required, with your results discussed with you on the day.

You will receive same-day feedback, a follow-up report and clear recommended next steps. If required, this service also includes a referral and initial physiotherapy assessment, arranged for another day.

Your OneStop appointment includes:

Discuss your knee symptoms, injury and concerns with an experienced orthopaedic consultant.

MRI and/or X-ray (if required)

A scan, X-ray or both can be completed during the same hospital visit when recommended following your consultation.

Same-day results

Return to your consultant to discuss the findings and receive clear recommended next steps. You will also receive a follow-up report.

Meet with your consultant to discuss your symptoms, medical history and how the problem is affecting your mobility or everyday activities.

2. Investigate, where appropriate

3. Understand your results

Return to your consultant to discuss the findings and receive clear recommended next steps. You will also receive a follow-up report.

3. Physiotherapy support, if required

Following your hospital visit, a referral and initial physiotherapy assessment will be arranged for another day if recommended.
