Changes to your periods, pelvic discomfort, unusual bleeding or symptoms around menopause can feel worrying, particularly when you are unsure what they mean or how long you may have to wait for answers.
Our OneStop Gynaecology Clinic gives you direct access to an experienced consultant in a calm and private environment. Your symptoms will be listened to carefully, your concerns taken seriously and, where appropriate, an ultrasound can be completed during the same appointment.
Wherever possible, you will leave with greater clarity, immediate feedback and a clear understanding of what happens next.
Your 30-minute appointment includes:
Consultation
Discuss your symptoms and concerns with an experienced gynaecology specialist.
Ultrasound (if required)
Imaging can be completed during the same visit when recommended following your consultation.
Immediate feedback
Your specialist will discuss findings with you during your appointment.
Follow-up report
You will receive a follow-up report outlining your results and recommended next steps.

The OneStop Gynaecology Clinic is available to women aged 16 and over with concerns about their gynaecological health.
You may benefit from an appointment if you are experiencing:
- Heavy, painful or irregular periods
- Bleeding between periods or after menopause
- Persistent pelvic pain or discomfort
- Symptoms that may be associated with endometriosis
- Concerns about ovarian cysts
- Changes during perimenopause or menopause
- Questions about hysteroscopy or further investigation
You do not need to know what is causing your symptoms before booking. The purpose of your appointment is to discuss what you have been experiencing and understand the most appropriate next steps.
How the appointment works
1. Talk openly
Meet with your consultant for a private conversation about your symptoms, medical history and any concerns you may have.
2. Investigate, where appropriate
If your consultant recommends an ultrasound, this can usually be completed during the same appointment.
3. Leave with a clearer plan
You will receive immediate feedback and a follow-up report explaining your results and recommended next steps.
Follow-up consultations and additional tests, including further scans, blood tests and pathology, are not included.
When and where?
OneStop Gynaecology appointments are available every:
- Tuesday afternoon
- From 2pm to 5pm
- At Medicana Winchester.
Appointments take place in our dedicated ultrasound room and typically last approximately 30 minutes.
