Chris Onoufriou started his physiotherapy career within the NHS working across a range of departments including neuro rehab, trauma and orthopaedics and MSK outpatients. He then transitioned into professional football spending 8 years at Southampton FC, where he worked with all age groups from the academy to the 1st team. His 1st team experience continued when he moved to Wycombe Wanderers 1st team before moving closer to home to support Eastleigh FC 1st team as Head of Medical.

He has worked with Premier League players and gold medal winning Paralympians, delivering rehabilitation and performance focused physiotherapy at the highest level.

As a former professional athlete himself, he understands the pressures of training, competition and recovery. That insight shapes a supportive, practical approach that puts people first, not just performance targets.
