Mr Andy Lord

Andy is passionate about helping people invest time and effort into living healthier, more active lives. He takes a practical, supportive approach to rehabilitation, focusing on breaking down barriers and helping people move with confidence again.

Andy qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006 after completing degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and Physiotherapy. He has worked across the NHS, professional football and the military, gaining broad experience in managing both complex injuries and everyday musculoskeletal problems.

He founded the clinic in 2013 with the aim of bringing a high standard of care and an elite sporting mindset to the wider community, combining thorough assessment, clear explanation and evidence based rehabilitation.

Andy treats a wide range of conditions, with particular experience in sports injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and lower limb pain. He enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels, from those managing persistent pain to athletes returning to sport.

Outside of the clinic, Andy enjoys spending active time outdoors and travelling with his family. He is frequently found running on the trails or in the gym, and in more recent years has developed a newfound passion for snowboarding.
