Mr Mohamed Noureldin

I am a UK-trained and board-certified Consultant Urologist with over 10 years of surgical experience across the UK and internationally. I specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate conditions, including prostate cancer, benign enlargement of the prostate, and complex urological problems.

I completed an advanced Robotic Surgery Fellowship at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, where I gained extensive experience in robotic pelvic surgery and modern prostate cancer care. My practice focuses on delivering precise, minimally invasive treatments with an emphasis on safety, recovery, and long-term outcomes.

My areas of expertise include:

• Robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy (robotic prostate cancer surgery)
• MRI-guided targeted prostate biopsy under local anaesthetic
• Focal therapy for prostate cancer, including High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
• Minimally invasive treatments for prostate enlargement (Rezum, GreenLight laser, Aquablation)
• Kidney stone surgery and endourology
• Andrology, including men’s health and erectile dysfunction

I am particularly interested in improving the patient journey through modern diagnostic pathways, including the use of advanced imaging and emerging technologies to allow earlier, more accurate diagnosis while avoiding unnecessary procedures.

Alongside my clinical work, I am actively involved in teaching and research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international meetings. I am also committed to patient education and run an online platform to help patients better understand urological conditions and treatments.

My approach is centred on clear communication, shared decision-making, and personalised care, ensuring that each patient receives treatment tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
