Helen also more recently qualified as a secondary school teacher in food technology.

ABOUT HELEN SIMPSON

Helen is a dietitian with over 30 years experience in a wide variety of clinical settings          ( NHS , MOD , Schools , Charities and Primary care ). She has advised  patients to enhance their health through diet to achieve academic , sporting   and physical improvement  as well as supporting patients undergoing treatment for cancer, following a stroke and other chronic medical conditions and diseases.

Helen appreciates the influence of psychological factors  on food choices and works with patients to address these issues as well as their physical symptoms.
