Dr Jo Harding is a respected Consultant in Pain Medicine and Anaesthesia, providing expert care to patients across Hampshire. Based at Medicana Winchester and Southampton, she is known for her holistic and evidence-based approach to acute and chronic pain management.
With NHS roles at University Hospitals Southampton and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Trust, Dr Harding combines academic leadership with practical expertise. She leads regional services for mesh complications and spinal cord stimulation—making her a trusted name in advanced interventional pain care.
Her clinical practice includes managing musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain, helping patients regain function and quality of life. She offers bespoke treatment plans tailored to each individual, whether in hospital or community settings.
