Dr. Laura Corsinovi is an internationally certified Consultant Cardiologist, known for her expertise in cardiac imaging and her dedication to improving patient outcomes. With a career spanning over two decades, she has performed thousands of cardiac scans, including advanced modalities like cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and 3D echocardiography.
After earning her medical degree with honours from the University of Genoa, Italy, Dr. Corsinovi completed specialisations in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics at the University of Turin, Italy. In 2008, she completed her PhD in Clinical Science, focusing on heart failure.
In 2014, Dr. Corsinovi moved to the UK and worked at prestigious institutions such as Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and the Royal Bournemouth Hospital before becoming a Consultant Cardiologist at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2016.
Dr. Corsinovi is also deeply committed to medical education, serving as a trainer for junior doctors and healthcare professionals. She is the Director of nationally accredited Hands-on Echocardiography Courses, certified by the British Society of Echocardiography. Her research contributions include over 20 publications in high-impact medical journals.
